Due to the Corona Virus, COVID-19 situation, contract negotiations between the Union and the Tri-State Commercial Association, LTD. has been postponed for ninety (90) days. Once a new date to resume bargaining has been established, the union will inform the Committee and the Members.

As some of our contracts are due to expire in 2020, it’s time to start getting ready to negotiate a new Union Contract.
It’s important that Union Members are involved in this process by being part of the Negotiation Committee. This is where you get to propose to your employer what you as workers require in terms of wages, benefits and other conditions of your employment.
By being part of contract negotiations, you are acting as a representative for your fellow workers. As a worker, you provide insight and information that is very valuable to the negotiations process. Working together enables us to win good contracts that move us closer to a more prosperous future.
